Adult ADHD Solution: A Self Learning Program

CE Hours 6

About this course

Welcome to The Adult ADHD Solution, a self-paced program designed specifically for adults ready to take charge of their ADHD. This isn't a textbook; it's a practical guide built to help you navigate the real-world challenges that come with an ADHD brain. Whether you've just received a diagnosis or have been living with ADHD for years, this program will help you build a more organized, productive, and fulfilling life.

This course goes beyond the basics to tackle the everyday struggles of adult ADHD, from the feeling of a cluttered mind to the frustration of unfinished projects. Through a series of self-paced modules, you’ll explore the common symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity as they show up in your adult life—in your career, relationships, and home.

We’ll focus on the practical, actionable strategies that actually work. You’ll learn how to develop routines that stick, manage your time more effectively, and stop feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list. We’ll dive deep into:

Executive Functioning: Understand how your brain’s "operating system" works and get hands-on tools to improve your working memory, planning, and organization.

Time Management: Stop the cycle of procrastination and learn to get things done without the last-minute stress.

Emotional Regulation: Learn to manage intense feelings and reduce the impact of Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), a common experience for many with ADHD. We'll give you practical coping mechanisms to build resilience and boost your self-confidence.

By the end of this program, you won’t just understand your ADHD; you’ll have a personalized toolkit of strategies that fit your life. You’ll be able to communicate your needs more effectively, build healthier habits, and finally feel in control.

Ready to stop feeling like you're stuck in a loop? Let's unlock your potential together.
